Honestly, I really did love this club, and if I lived closer, I'd probably work here frequently. If you live in NJ, you know the deal with summer and clubs--summer you go down the shore, and during the fall/winter you go back up north. Therefore, football and winter seasons would probably be ideal here.
The one male manager, (I'm unsure of his name), is a young guy who doesn't really know how to talk with grown, educated dancers and is used to having to "put girls in their place," so to speak. As an example, I asked him if it was ok to negotiate dance prices (not uncommon in the industry, if you know it well enough), and his response was something like, "If I hear about you ripping the customers off, I'll fucking murder you." I'm certain he never meant to really threaten actual physical harm, but the response was still quite extreme, and patronizing. That was my only unpleasant experience here, so if you can avoid him, do. That being said, the female (and main) manager Laurie/Laura is AWESOME. Very easy to work with. Talk to her if you need anything.
The place is clean, but the dressing room sucks and can get crowded on the weekend. There's not really a schedule, but there's a really twisted house fee system that encourages you to work weekdays--or be prepared to pay heavy fees over the weekend. It's too convoluted to type out--take a picture of the fees if/when you get there.
It's a nude bar (not mandatory, of course), with hookahs and is BYOB. I only worked one weekend night with around 25 girls and went on stage around every 2 hours four around 3 songs--stage money was great. The customers are truly mixed--blue and white collar, white guys, asian guys, black guys, sweet and standoffish. Something for everyone.
Would I go back? Certainly, if I couldn't make the same money around the corner from where I live. However, don't make this a travel destination.
