Additional Information
The money was decent. I'm a slim black dancer and I'm more of a conversation/lapdance girl. Management can be very political. Stage money is almost nonexistent. I heard about extras happening and management turning a blind eye but there are cameras in all of the VIP rooms and I did have a room interrupted when I took a sip of champagne so they definitely watch sometimes. Customers can be very racist, the hickville spillover is real in Ohio cities so that's not surprising. The bartenders are allowed to sell VIP rooms but they have to do it at a higher price. The bartenders have decent pull and one of them is known to sabotage dancers. She would loudly start a conversation with me in front of customers telling a story involving my being underaged and customers were often turned off by my being so young, she knew what she was doing. It was very slow when I left it was common to leave broke, club was dead, got very competitive. Tips move this club as you have to be "invited" to the VIP section (where most of the customers with money are), that invitation should come from a customer but often it comes from a manager, the same few girls always seem to end up there so get in good with the managers. Tip the ones with the most authority the best, you know which ones. You can do well as a clean girl here but everything is really not what it seems here, there's always some shit going on behind the scenes. The management is not as strictly moral as they act like they are, know that.
