Additional Information
I started working at Molly Browns in October of 2015. It's the first club I've ever worked at and I consider it my home club.
GENERAL CLUB INFO:
It is a smaller club, definitely more intimate. When you first walk in there's only one stage with two nice spinning poles. To your left downstairs are the VIP stalls. Dances are $20 and customers have to buy a VIP wristband ($5 before 11 PM). It's only a one time fee for them and is basically how the club makes more money. There is a bouncer there where you buy the wristbands and they also count dances. When you do dances downstairs, there are little stalls with benches in them. After each dance, you owe the club $3 from that song, which you pay at the end. Girls usually allow some contact and most take their tops off. Upselling dances/charging for touching/etc is fine.
Upstairs are champagne "rooms" (sectioned off areas with couhes) where dances are $25. You can go upstairs for just one or two songs but usually what happens is the customer can rent out the couch for 15, 30, & 60 minute intervals. You may charge however much you want for those intervals (the customer has to pay for the couch rental as well as the time increments. Each song you do upstairs $5 goes back to the club. Some girls do get nude upstairs.
There are two bars, along with general seating at the tip rail and little tables. The chairs are nice roller ones that are cushioned. Table dances are allowed, you just can't get topless.
Stage is 3 songs and you are not allowed to get topless. If it gets busy, they do a 2-1-2 rotation.
TIP OUT AND HOUSE FEES:
DJ: at least $10
VIP Guy: at least $3
Door Guy: at least $3
If you did champagne rooms, be sure to tip out the champagne room guy!!!
If you're one of the first 10 girls there, you get free house but you must be ready and out on the floor. House fees range from $15-30 depending what day it is.
CLUB ATMOSPHERE:
This is definitely the nicest club in Daytona Beach. The main manager there is Darin. He can be a little intimidating but is really nice and doesn't tolerate any BS. All the waitresses, doorguys, VIP guys, and bouncers are very nice and respectful people.
The dancers are all very friendly once you get to know them. Theres definitely girls there that don't get along but nobody has ever given me any trouble and I honestly haven't really seen any fights between dancers.
Extras girls will get weeded out every couple months and most dancers don't like the girls who do extras.
Drinking is okay as long as you're 21, just don't get sloppy. Drugs are not tolerated. Smoking is fine
SECURITY:
There are cameras everywhere, including the dressing rooms. 90% of the time, you get walked out to your car. The managers/bouncers/ and dancers all help each other out with making sure everyone is safe.
BOTTOM LINE:
Definitely nicest place to work at in Daytona Beach. Traveling dancers are always welcome. DJs are really good as well. No club is perfect but this one definitely is the best one overall in the area
