Additional Information
I think it is a good club, it was easy for me to get started and i had a very good first shft that makes me excited about dancing and reassures me that this is something i can do, i like to do, and i have potential to be extremely successful with. There is two sections to the club, both a topless bar on one side(21+), and on a smaller section of the club is the nude side (18+ non alcoholic beverages). There was a very large number of topless girls dancing and only a handful or so of nude preformers. i started out on the topless side because i am over 19 years old. on this side you wait maybe 30 min on a slow night to 1 hour or more for your turn to dance on the stage. they only play rock and roll music which is in my opinion not very sexy or easy to dance to but it is more appealing to the clientel i am assuming, but forreal they wouldn't even let me get one hip hop song to dance to on stage which i think would have made a difference in the enthusiasium of both dancers and customers tipping... only a few guys were sitting along the mail tip rail and i thought i did good my first stage preformance made almost $20 but then you have to dance on the smaller stage for a set of 2 songs and theres usually no one there watching to tip, which kinda seems pointless to me... but your majoriy of money on this side will come from dances, and they were easy to sell. i actually didnt even try to sell dances i immediatly got approached by a female cutomer after completeing stage to give a couch dance and then after that a guy from the tip rail told the hostess he wanted a dance from me. but i couldnt upsell either to a vip, :(. after that i realized that most of the girls make money by approaching customers which is hard for me considering im super shy and nervous. it didn't help that about 50% of the girls or more on the bar side were complete bitches. so rude like no respect for another person. i didn't go out of my way to try and make friends or small talk with the girls but they will go out of their way to be disrespectful trying to make you want to leave the club type shit, but as long as you have back bone and don't let them take advantage of you, you will bejust fine. i then went to try the nude side of the club as well to see what i liked best, which i thought was very kind of the manager to let me see what worked best for me. most girls over 18 are not allowed to go back and forth between sides but he lets a select few girls (best looking dancers) do that. i am only 20 but still felt graetful i was given the options. the nude side had only a few young girls, all of which were so nice to me, i felt way more comfortable and relaxed around them. the stage has WAY more people then the topless did tipping and i made over 20 bucks every time i went up easy, a couple times i made over 60 bucks for my 2 minute song set. You dance on stage much more often on this side because of small amount of preformers, but it makes it where you dont have to hustle as hard for dances. the girls were so nice to me on this side that the first time i danced nude on stage they all came out and started throwing bills at me it was so nice an i felt so much more comfortable considering ive never stripped before in my life, and was nervoous about not making much money or being good enough dancing to make money, they threw a total of 100 ones at me (thanks girls i appreciate you). I only gave one lap dance total on the nude side that night and was approached about vip but never able to close the deal when i told them 100$ for 3 songs... but hopefully i can learn to hustle them better tomorrow when i work again. i actually litterally only did stage besides one lap dance and pretty much just smoked cigs on break and was in the dressing room between stage sets. (only problem is on stage because of the small number of dancers there is no real dj (good because u dont have to tip out) when someone gets vip they more often then not dont sign off the computer to be on stage and if i am already up there i have to keep dancing threw until someone comes up to start dancing after me. one time i danced for 3 sets of 2 songs and i was exhausted and sweaty as hell but made like 80 bucks so it was worth it. all in all i made like 58 bucks on the topless side (1 set on stage and 2 lap dances) and then maybe 8 or 9 stages on the nude side and 1 lap dance for like $340 i think, but tottal after paying $65 house fee, and tipping out 5 people i left with $300 and i felt i had a successful night considering i made it all on stage with no flexibility or dancing experience lol and basically didnt give any lapdances or vip( which i am determined to learn how to hustle up next shift,). the most money came in after 2am, because its an after hours club every one goes there when all the other clubs and bars close and they are already drunk ready to spend the rest of the money they have. if you work here it is definietly not in your best interest to leave prior to 4 am,trust me it got packed it was awesme.
ithink its a great club the security guys/ doormen were great and the management was good at making sure i was comfortable and helping me learn how to make the most profits i can. i was so nervous about working at a strip club but now i am excited and even though i didnt make as much money as i would have liked to i made a good amount with no experience or hustle. i cant wait to make some more money i think possibilities are definetly greater then they were.
